Words simply cannot describe the experience we just had at the Harbour Sixty…everything from start to finish was utterly immaculate with an incredible attention to detail; from the food to the service to the atmosphere, there is clearly a reason this place is the institution that it is. Allow me to break it down:

• Service 10/10: multiple highly trained, attentive, and personable wait staff catering to every one of our needs. Our main waiter was nothing short of stellar; kind and knowledgeable, and ensured everything was absolutely perfect for us.

• Atmosphere 10/10: wonderful low-light ambiance with ample seating.

• Food 11/10: everything and I mean everything was very obviously crafted with fresh, high quality ingredients and the flavours clearly reflected as much. Yes you’re paying a premium for this, but I can say with 100% confidence that it is well worth it.

- Apps:

Caesar salad and calamari 10/10: the Caesar was crafted with baby green romaine hearts and a perfect housemate roasted garlic-anchovy dressing. Calamari was tender, crisp, and flavourful.

- Mains:

Cowboy ribeye 10/10: never in my years have I witnessed such an undeniably perfect edge to edge med-rare doneness on a 2-inch bone-in ribeye. Crust was absolutely spot on and flavourful.

Miyazaki ribeye 1000/10: there’s a reason this is a $375 piece of beef…seared and rendered to a perfect medium, the flavour and texture is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Quite literally melts in your mouth like a meaty butter. Does not need any accoutrements other than salt, anything further would be sacrilege to the finely prepared work of art that this was. A truly otherworldly experience.

- Sides:

Mac n cheese, pomme puree, truffle frites, sauce trio 10/10; exquisitely flavoured and generously portioned, all were uniquely executed and the perfect pairing to a perfect steak. Sauce trio was to die for, note they were out of the Bearnaise at the time, but our server very astutely swapped in their dashi butter sauce which ended up being the star of the three, though the chimichurri and peppercorn were close runners up.

- Dessert:

Coconut cream pie 11/10; forget everything you think you may know about this classic dessert, and imagine it with a lusciously dense deeply flavourful toasted coconut creme with fresh whipped cream and a buttery, flaky shortbread crust. Now picture a roughly 2 lbs slice of it (the picture simply does not do justice to the shear size of this thing). There is a reason this is the only dessert that has continuously remained on the menu since they opened.

Overall, this experience was nothing short of true luxury. This place is truly magical and will leave you feeling like royalty. This was without a doubt *the most incredible dining experience of all of our lives* and I am not exaggerating when I say I will reminisce on this meal when I am on my deathbed. Thank you Harbour Sixty for this magnificent experience.

Top notch service and outstanding meal!! Dined here to celebrate wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel so special! The attentive and friendly service was on par with the absolute finest of restaurants. The ambiance is beautiful and also very comfortable. I feel the staff went above and beyond here.
Our salads were both so delicious! I had the green goddess and my husband had the Caesar.
I had the 8 oz filet which was cooked to perfection at medium rare, pink and warm in the center (Desi our server asked us if we want pink and warm or pink and cold in the center), and it was absolutely delicious.
My husband enjoyed the NY Strip and it was also perfect and delicious.
Both had a nice crispy outside.
We also shared the delicious Kobe fried rice and the famous coconut cream pie (not my favorite actually).
This was a wonderful treat for a special occasion and I highly recommend.

We were really excited to finally try Harbour 60, as it had been on our bucket list for a long time.

Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations.

We were celebrating our first anniversary and had mentioned it during the booking and again when we were seated.

We thought the restaurant might acknowledge it with a small kind gesture, but nothing was done, which was disappointing given the occasion and the reputation of the restaurant.

The atmosphere was nice and the server was kind, but the food was mediocre and nothing really stood out. Overall, we went in with high hopes and left feeling underwhelmed. For the price and hype, we expected a more memorable experience.

Normally one of our favourite places to visit and top 5 for quality. Unfortunately the shine has come off. Since the renovations, the quality of food has diminished. The service remains good but that’s secondary when food is not great. We recently celebrated a special event. Six of us. The Halibut was at best, warm (not hot) and appeared to be from a frozen prepackaged source, the burgers were very disappointing. The bread and the appetizers were the only things that saved the day. The coffee was actually cool to warm. The automatic 20% tip add on is not appreciated. The service was OK and it cost us $160+ for average service. They certainly can do better. Hoping that this review helps H60 to regroup and make this the shining star and standard of excellence it has been for many years.

I organized my 30-year reunion from my graduating class at Harbour 60 and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, elegant, and incredibly well organized.

The private room was absolutely stunning - by far one of the most beautiful event spaces I’ve seen. Every detail was done beautifully, from the wine wall and artwork to the table settings, décor, and cutlery. The atmosphere felt upscale without being overwhelming.

The private bar was another highlight. The bartender was exceptional, the drinks were top quality, and there were unique cocktail options that made the evening feel even more special. Especially the French 75 which happened to go over well among the "non-drinkers" hahah. Good service, great cocktails and wine selection, nice atmosphere, interesting multi level restaurant.

They should have the best steak in the great city of Toronto. Hmmmmmm, sadly our entire dinner party was disappointed.

The tenderloin resembled sirloin more than it did beef tenderloin. We are still unsure about this.

Obviously a great amount of attention is given by the staff and it is a nice experience to have. Based on our experience the steak fell very short of expectations unfortunately.

Hopefully it was an off night but the bill was was dead on.

My girlfriend surprised me and brought me here for my birthday! We were seated very quickly as we had reservations set. I was surprised to see how casual people were dressed inside as I was under the impression that there would have been a dress code of some sort. For our starter, we had gotten the Buttermilk Calamari, and it was 10/10. By far the freshest calamari I have ever tasted!! For main, we had gotten the New York Strip and the Mac and Cheese as well as Fried Brussels Sprouts as our sides. The Brussel Sprouts were 10/10, but the Mac was a solid 6/10 in my opinion. It was suggest to us, however in my opinion, it didn’t live up to the hype. I didn’t feel for dessert, but they brought me out a plate that said happy birthday and I was caught so off guard! Truly was the cherry on top to end off the evening. I must say our waiter was amazing!! Until the next time

Went for a family celebration ( a table for 10 ) to Harbour 60. After initial confusion where our table is located, first or the second floor, and a couple of trips up and down in the elevator, we got our table.
Now that I have this little mishap out of the way, the place is very classy, the staff is attentive and friendly. The interior is very much New York style and elegant.
The food. It was my first time here after the re-opening, so I did not know what to expect. The general consensus around our table was - unexpectedly large portions and absolutely delicious ! I had octopus rings followed by a bone-in steak and both were superb !
Overall, if it fits into your budget, a definite must go !

It wasn't room temperature at all!

At this point, I was already stuffed from the bread and the appetizers because my partner and I shared everything. The main was the 7 oz steak frites with peppercorn sauce. The steak was cooked absolutely to perfection. There was a nice crust on the outside and I asked for rare, they delivered rare. It was probably the best steak I ever had in my life. Now I fully understand why people spend on steak.

The service was top notch and the establishment was beautiful. By the way, the bathrooms are so fancy. I had to comment about that.

We really enjoyed dinner at Harbour 60. We ordered the chicken and caviar, ceasar salad, Mac and cheese, cowboy ribeye, Brussel sprouts and French toast for dessert. The portions were very generous and we ended up packing most of the food as leftovers. The standout for me was the brussel sprouts, which were perfectly charred and a little sweet. The complimentary bread is also very good here. I would recommend for a special occasion. We’ve also visited for an event downstairs, and the service has always been great.
