I told my kids it was the best shwarma I ever had... they had to try!

10/10 they said!

They really liked the staff too!

Music was 🔥🔥🔥🔥- they need some room for a dance floor 😋

Highly recommend and yes, its worth the wait.

Long queue of 30 minutes but worth the wait, delicious shawarma and rice platter... Must check this place once for Halal eatery in Mississauga. Will come back again? Hmmm maybe not due to the absurd waiting time standing outside the door

We ordered the family-style meal for 30+ people, from Lezzet Shawarma Falafel House for a retirement lunch, and it was absolutely outstanding! The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The rice was light and fragrant, while the fries were addictive—especially when paired with their incredible house sauces. The shawarma sauce, hot sauce, and tzatziki each brought a unique touch, and together they elevated the meal to another level.

Everything was fresh, generous in portion, and clearly made with care. It was the perfect choice for a special occasion, and everyone left impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend Lezzet Shawarma Falafel House for anyone looking for authentic, delicious food that brings people together!

Been hearing a lot of good things about this place so decided to try them out.. I’m so happy I did the food was delicious! Ordered the Ali J mixed plate with all the sauces and it’s was so gooood perfectly seasoned! Also got the chicken over fries with the same sauces and it was delicious! Don’t be shy to ask for more sauce!! 100x better having more than not enough sauce! Will definitely come back. It gets pretty busy but line goes by quick. Worth the wait

We decided to check out Lezzet after reading really good reviews on social media. When we got there the line was out the door. We had the chicken shawarma and the Ali-J. First things first the portions are really good for the price. The Ali J is where you will get the most bang for your buck. If you enjoy more of a sauce heavy shawarma this is the place for you. Their sauce is actually one of the better ones I have had. Personally, I prefer it to be less saucy that way I can taste the rest of the ingredients. Sometimes the sauce is just overwhelming and that's all you taste. The staff is very friendly and can help you customize the food to your liking.
Repeat: Yes, this time I'll ask for less sauce lol.

This place is amazing. My friends kept telling me about it and I decided to try it out. The area is clean and has a cool design. The food is amazing. I got the Ali J's Friday special which is a chicken shawarma on rice with a drink. I also added fries to the rice. It tasted really good and you get a big portion for the price. They deserve all the awards. I highly recommend.

I tried the famous Ali J combo at Lezzet Shawarma, and I have to say—the sauce really took things to another level. This wasn’t your typical shawarma plate. The tangy, spicy, garlicky blend they use gave it a unique twist that made every bite exciting. The turmeric-seasoned yellow rice added flavor, though for me personally, the turmeric was a bit overpowering—probably because I’m Bengali and grew up eating rice daily, so I’m picky when it comes to that.

The chicken, on the other hand, was excellent—juicy, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. At first glance it smelled like a burrito bowl, but the taste told a different story—it was all shawarma goodness.

Now, be warned: the queue here is serious. It doesn’t matter what time you show up—there’s always a line. That tells you something about how popular and loved this spot is. The interior has a casual, cozy vibe with seating that’s usually packed, so give yourself a bit of extra time if you’re planning to dine in.

Overall, the price is fair for the quality and portion size. If they tweak the rice a bit, it’d be perfect. Still, I’d definitely recommend Lezzet to any shawarma fan—it’s a flavorful experience worth waiting for.

Busy/popular shawarma spot in Mississauga but it’s easy to understand why. I got the chicken shawarma platter. The portions sizes are very generous and all the flavours hit right. And then they also give you big scoop of hummus to top it off.
Definitely recommend!

I had to mix plate with beef and chicken it's honestly some really nice comfort food. You feel so good eating this food as well as you feel good after eating it. I believe I got the AJ special mix plate. Can't wait to go back and try the Shawarma.

We had a mix shawarma and a medium Ali J's. Both of them taste amazing, very flavorful with a nice smoky touch from the meat. For Ali J's platter, rice is cooked perfectly and fries are crunchy. People working there are so nice, friendly, and caring. They went above and beyond for us. Definitely one of the top shawarma places in the GTA, so there is a line up but moves quickly.

Today was my first time trying Lezzet. And I understand all the hype. The food is amazing! Extremely delicious, fresh and the sauces are perfection. But I’ve come to a realization about this shawarma place compared to others I just address

- all the workers are Canadians, high schoolers, or university students, hard working and working as a team.
- the store doesn’t cheap out on thier labour and clearly hire the correct people like enthusiastic Canadians. Unlike other shawarma shops who hire students (most likely working on cash, and don’t give a sh about if the food is fresh or not). Seriously this location has made me a proud Canadian to see a Canadian business hire hard working Canadians.
- you can tell by the cohesiveness among the employees they are very happy and also they use words like “how are you”, have a great day. Everyone speaks proper English.
- the employees take their time when cooking the food and make it perfection. Quality is key!

Seeing how the management has hired the correct staff, CANADIANS! And not a bunch of underpaid foreign students. It clearly shows in the quality of service and their food taste! I am definitely going to revisit and make this my number 1 chicken on the rocks go to place!

If you’re hitting up Lezett Shawarma, the Ali-J Special is where it’s at! This thing is loaded—it’s like the chicken on the rice but elevated. They really don’t skimp on the chicken and sauce here: the chicken is super juicy and perfectly seasoned, and it’s layered with just the right mix of garlic sauce, and hot sauce. I got the half and half, half rice and half fries. One of the best Shawarmas I've had in Mississauga so far! Will say there is a pretty long line, we waited about 30 minutes to order and then 5 minutes after we ordered to get food. To try for the first time I would say its worth it, if you're looking for something quick, this may not be for you! Really do recommend though!
