DAM Sandwiches! And yes there’s a reason “DAM” is in the name… because these sandwiches are just so DAM good.

I finally made my way to this cute, unsuspecting little gem, and wow, am I ever glad I did. By far hands down DAM Sandwiches is serving some of the best sandwiches in the entire city.

I ordered the beef sandwich and the Cubano, and both were absolutely spectacular. The meat was tender, flavourful, slightly sweet, and cooked to perfection. Every bite felt like a little moment of joy.

And then there’s the cornbread. Let me tell you — it’s some of the best I’ve had in my entire life. Soft, warm, rich, and unforgettable. If you go to DAM Sandwiches, make sure you treat yourself to the cornbread. You’ll thank yourself later. And I love the bread that they use, soft and pillowy on the inside, with a perfect crunch on the outside, the right kind of bread for such great tasty filling!

The shop sits north of St. Clair Avenue West and south of Eglinton Avenue West, making it super easy to get to whether you’re walking, driving, or hopping off transit.

If you’re on the hunt for great eats, I highly recommend heading over to DAM Sandwiches. Your taste buds will be very, very happy you did.

I got the brisket sandwich for myself and the spicy chicken for my girlfriend. Both were masterpieces. I let out a deep “damn” from the depths of my soul after a couple of bites. The bread they used had a special quality to it, can’t put my finger on it. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will be back. Sensational sandwiches!!! I highly recommend giving them a visit!

One of the best and most unique sandwich spot in Toronto. They have an amazing baguette bread and all their classic sandwiches are amazing my favorite is brisket. I've been coming here 1 time every week for the past month not only because it's amazing sandwiches but they have weekly specials and it's always a banger. The owners are very chill and I love the fact they put old classic movies in the back. Love the vibe love the food you gotta try this place

My friend and I came here because if the 4.9 rating, but we remained skeptical. That is until we opened the door. We immediately turned, looked at each other and nodded because the smell told us everything we needed to know and our noses did not lie. The food was 🔥 and kudos to the helpful, welcoming staff.

While we were at Oakwood Espresso, the barista told us we had to try DAM Sandwiches — and wow, we’re so glad we listened! It was less than a two-minute walk, and totally worth the detour.

My son and I shared half of a brisket sandwich and half of a fried cheese sandwich. Both were incredibly unique, packed with flavour, and had a fun twist: hickory sticks inside! The textures and smoky crunch took them to a whole new level.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and while the venue is small (just one table inside and a spot to eat on the sidewalk), it totally adds to the charm.

This is a must-visit if you’re in the area — the sandwiches were simply amazing. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

I tried the brisket sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, juicy. It had just the right amount of seasoning, and the sauce added a perfect tangy touch without overpowering the brisket. Overall, a satisfying and flavorful bite — I’d definitely order it again!

The sandwiches are good, but that corn bread slaps!! I could eat 50 of those things and I didn’t even like corn bread before. Ok, back to the sandwiches, ended up trying their chicken sandwich and let me tell you.. amazing. Who ever decided to put that sandwich together is a superstar. Also picked up the kimchi cucumbers because why not, those were good as well. If you’re looking to sit in, they only have one high top table looking cozy in the corner. Other than that, I’m going to back to try another sandwich and get more corn bread!! Hopeful that pickles is there again, what a cutie patootie he was just sitting outside by the door. Definitely a highlight of my day!! Oh yeah, service was a 10/10 too!
