big fan of their sandwiches, especially the rosetta with spicy salami! I like to add balsamic glaze to it too to get a nice sweet, savoury and spicy experience. they aren’t cheap however and it’s 20 minutes drive one way for me so it’s a nice occasional splurge.
parking can be tight — the parking lot is very small (parking in the back too) so would recommend visiting off peak hours. this will also help you avoid the crowd as it can get really busy during lunch and the place is not particular big. there is a small patio that can seat a handful of people too and on the other side of the parking lot, there’s a couple of benches under the tree.
one thing I did want to call out though is that it appears their portions have shrunk quite a bit which is really disappointing. first two photos are from July. last two photos are from today. I am disappointed with today’s sandwich as there is a lot more bread and arugula than meat in the sandwich. especially when you factor in the cost of the sandwiches and the 40 minute drive round trip, it does not feel as worth it anymore. I was quite hungry and really looking forward to this on the drive there so seeing the size was a bit of a letdown.
seeing the reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who has noticed the shrinking portions either so hoping it’s just a fluke. but for now, I don’t feel inclined to return any time soon, maybe if I’m really craving a sandwich
An Italian panuozzo and pizza style using sourdough prepped and baked in-house. The aroma is present when you walk in. The service is friendly. The seating does fill up and space is compact. I do take out and sit at the picnic table opposite of the side of the storefront. Limited parking space.
The ingredients are fresh. The bruschetta was not the typical garlic butter bread and that was a lesson learned. But it was good. The black olives on the capricciosa pizza was fruity and flavourful combine with prosciutto Cotto and the tomato sauce, just wonderful and simple.
The panuozzo is lot and can eat half comfortably. I got too excited and bought a panuozzo and a pizza which could barely get through half each. A panuozzo can feed 2 people and with a smaller stomach size maybe 3-5 people. I tried twice and failed twice lol. It was a challenge and moved on to placing one item instead. The stracciatella first time trying it and enjoyed it. The pistachio paste was ok.
The salsiccia supreme prepare yourself as it will be the only food for the day. The flavours were hearty and fulfilling. Loved the rosemary. I think this will be good on a cooler or cold day to enjoy.
Tiramisu is usually sold out by Friday. Each location recieves 100 on a Tuesday and seems it does not make it to the weekend.
Overall, fresh ingredients and I like it. Take out and enjoy it in the parking lot which I did see a couple use the back of their SUV as a picnic table and the back door as their umbrella and they pulled out folding chairs. The guy was prepared to enjoy a panuozzo fresh on the spot
Never got a chance to try them..and never will. I DM'd them on social and sent 2 emails about catering a client lunch...got no response in return. Learn customer service 101 before opening business. Don't care how popular you are on social media, or how good your sandwiches are...you need customer service skills to survive. Best of luck to you.
Got a pizza and a sandwich for $54 with tip. As I was eating the chicken unc paulio sandwich, one piece of chicken was like eating cardboard, old chicken slipped in with fresh ones. The pizza I left to eat later, when I looked at the slice and I am certain, it was a hair. It was a one time visit, will never go back again.

We visited Crudo with my son, and we absolutely loved it! The pizzas were incredibly delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great pizza!🍕
I’ve been wanting to come here ever since they opened and finally I did today… it was definitely well worth the wait!! My friend and I both order sandwiches which were huge (artfully crafted also). Everything from the bread to the cold cuts and veggies were fresh and so delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming. They initially gave me a different sandwich than I ordered and I brought it back for the correct one but they let me keep it for free and I brought it home for my parents to try. I (and my parents) really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!
A friend introduced us to this culinary delight place in Etobicoke. And I must say this is one place offering authentic Italian pizza and panuozzo. Everything here is made fresh and you can easily tell they're using high quality ingredients.
The place is small but cozy with an open concept kitchen. It gets busy regardless of what time you come, so be prepared to wait.
The food was absolutely incredible, making the wait perfectly worthwhile.
I was excited to try their panuozzo since this is what I mostly ate when we went to Italy. Crudo's Mortadella Panuozzo rival those panuozzo we tried in Italy.
We ordered the Mortadella panuozzo and A'Patata and Americana pizza to try.
I really love and enjoyed the panuozzo! The combination of the crusty bread, savoury mortadella with the sweet, nutty creaminess of the pistachio paste and richness of the stracciatella translates beautifully into a perfect, gourmet and comforting sandwich. It will transport you straight to Rome.
The potato pizza is one of the most surprisingly delicious pizzas you'll ever try. You can tell they're using top quality ingredients judging by how the pizza was fresh and flavourful. The crispy crust topped with creamy mozzarella (fior di latte) and chunks of soft roasted potatoes perfectly complements the salty and savoury ham (prosciutto cotto).
And to cap off a great meal, we ordered the Cafe Cream using Kimbo coffee. This dessert is rich and velvety - the perfect sweet finish to a rich meal.
I highly recommend this place to any food enthusiast.

Crudo has quickly become one of my go-to spots for pizza in the city. The ingredients taste fresh, the dough is light and perfectly cooked, and you can tell there’s a real focus on quality.
The pizzas are consistently excellent, and the panuozzo is absolutely worth trying as well. Service is always friendly and welcoming, and even for takeout, the food is prepared with care and ready on time.
A great spot for anyone looking for authentic Italian-style pizza in Etobicoke. Looking forward to my next visit!
We drove an hour just to try this authentic Italian restaurant, and it absolutely deserves a 5-star review. While they’re well known for their pizza and panuozzo, the real hidden gem was the calzone , hands down the best I’ve ever had. The dough was perfectly made, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor.
The service was fast, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and parking was easy to find. Definitely worth the drive, and we’ll absolutely be coming back

First time trying Crudo and it was absolutely worth the 1 hour drive. We ordered the Calzone and the Joe Rogan ,both were amazing, super delicious, and very generous portions. The Panuzo was loaded and everything was perfectly prepared.
The customer service was great and very quick, our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. But the biggest highlight was definitely the dough… absolutely incredible. I’ve never had anything similar before. Easily one of the best Italian food experiences in the GTA , honestly from another world. Highly recommend!

If you follow my reviews, you probably saw my post about the other sandwich spot. Where they missed the mark, Crudo gets it right.
Even after going viral, the quality hasn’t dropped off. That alone says a lot these days.
Yeah, $20 for a sandwich sounds steep, but hear me out. The bread is pizza dough, warm, crispy, and actually adds something instead of just holding everything together. I had the mortadella and every ingredient made sense. Loaded without feeling heavy, balanced without trying too hard.
The place feels like it’s hidden in the middle of nowhere in Etobicoke, but throw it into Maps and make the trip. This was my second time back and definitely not my last.
This is easily one of the top Italian sandwich spots in Toronto. From the moment you walk in, you feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help, which makes the whole experience even better.
The sandwiches are absolutely outstanding. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, high-quality, and full of authentic flavor. You can really tell that they care about the ingredients and preparation.
And the size… it’s honestly impressive. These sandwiches are huge! It’s hard to even finish half of one because they are so generously filled. They’re packed with delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced, and extremely satisfying.
What I also loved was the overall vibe of the place — relaxed, friendly, and full of positive energy. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to again and again.
If you’re looking for an authentic, fresh, and incredibly tasty Italian sandwich in Toronto, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!
Tried the Favoloso Panuozzo at CRUDO PIZZA & PANUOZZO and it absolutely lives up to its name.
The bread was perfectly baked crisp on the outside with that chewy, airy interior you want from a proper panuozzo. Inside, the combination of ricotta cream and oven roasted turkey was rich but balanced, while the sweet peppers added a nice pop of freshness. The arugula gave it a bit of peppery bite, and the balsamic glaze tied everything together with just the right touch of sweetness.
It’s one of those sandwiches that feels indulgent but still light enough that you don’t regret finishing the whole thing. Every ingredient tasted fresh and intentional.
Definitely a solid choice if you’re craving something that’s a step above your usual sandwich. Would 100% order it again.

What a good experience dining in at this place. A little tight in the seating but more than enough room to stuff your face with delicious sandwiches and pizza. A sandwich was enough to feed 2 small to medium sized appetites. I could've eaten a while sandwich to myself.
On to the sandwiches, loaded with which ever near you choose and the bread is freshly baked in house and it's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We bought the mortadella and the il crudo and took a pepperoni pizza to go. Don't forget the hot peppers with every bite. I thought the mortadella was better than the il crudo. But not by much. Both were excellent. The pizza was eaten later in the evening and while good, would have been better fresh. It's the typical pizza you'd find in an authentic Italian pizzeria in Canada. 2 sandwiches and a pepperoni pizza came to $90 Brio, water and tip included. Would def recommend to anybody!! Oh and go early cause it gets packed fast. Parking at the rear gets full fast and there's a street directly behind the plaza that is good for parking as well.
