Rasa Burger is located at 111 Richmond St W in Toronto , ON and serves great food and drinks in Toronto
At Rasa, our burger has quietly held its own for over a decade. No gimmicks, no flattening, just pure, unfiltered deliciousness. It was never meant to be the star. But ten years later, the people have spoken and the burger deserves its own spotlight. Rasa Burger is that spotlight. A love letter to the burger that built a following, earned its reputation, and never once needed to be smashed to be crave-worthy. So no, we don’t smash, we respect. And we’re ready to rejuvenate the classic burger one proud, juicy bite at a time.
One of the best burgers I had in 2025. Thick. Juice. Flavourful. Innovative toppings like caramelized onions, house-made kimchi, pickles, fresh cabbage make this a one of a kind burger. And even though I am a fry guy, its the awesome Rasa Salad > The Fries.

From my original review below, management did reach out and I appreciate the candid apology and resolution offered. I haven’t been back to rasa burger yet but will update the food review once I get the chance. I appreciate the customer service and will give it another try.

Very disappointed; have been to Sara and it’s amazing food and service. We came here on a Saturday night and I think the staff had already cleaned the grill and kitchen and was hoping for no more customers around 7:50 pm when we ordered (chef hall closes at 9 pm) Our food was cold, both burgers were not cooked in the grill - they had it pre-cooked already and just warmed it up in the mini oven they had. Buns were not toasted, it was just taken out straight from the bag. Super disappointed.
I reached out to Rasa Burger via an email to provide the feedback but no one got back to me. We ordered the classic and Sara burger, a side of fries (the only thing that was warm because they had to cook it fresh in the fryer) and the rasa chopped salad (this was actually very good).
My partner had come here for lunch during the week and it was amazing - it is obvious that it was just the staff and timing of our order. Nonetheless, charging a premium for burgers but not delivering along with bad customer service, I am disappointed with this establishment and will not be supporting it further.
I’ve enjoyed Rasa and I don’t mind paying $$ for quality, but this burger was a miss and eating it made me sad. Everything tasted great except the patty. It actually takes some talent to make a fat patty like this drier than cardboard. Both of our burgers looked like this. It wasn’t even busy.
Less time on social media marketing, more time on QC on cooking patties.
Rasa has the best burger in the city, without question. A beautiful, thick patty cooked medium — hard to find in this city with all the misguided smash burger hype. Real cheese (3 options, too) — also hard to find in the city with the misguided American cheese hype. And finally, great, high quality toppings. On top of all that, their salad is incredible. It’s fresh and full of amazing ingredients. If you’re vegetarian, you could even eat it as your meal, as it’s big and has both quinoa and feta. Must visit! Service is friendly too.
Visited recently due to a number of Instagram posts promoting. Rasa Burger is one of the newest offerings at Assembly Chef’s Hall, offering their unique take on burgers with a bit of Asian fusion to it.
Their most popular burger - the Rasa Burger - is their broiled burger along with melted provolone cheese, caramelized onions, a bit of kimchi and a gochujang aioli to add a bit of heat in terms of flavour. The burger was very juicy and many of the flavours balanced well with each other.
Overall, would recommend giving it a try alongside their other burgers as well. As all the burgers are generally cooked medium, you can also ask them to adjust the burger is cooked.
