Ordered a firities with double meat, what i got was normal mean and double fat pieces and the fries were also super greesy. Highlight of that dish was the peppercorn sauce.

The sandwich was good it had a nicely flavoured chimichurri, the cut of meat was nice as well.

But overall I wont be visiting again

Visited while in the Liberty Village area and due to positive reviews. Paris Steak is best known for their steak-based dishes, as they dry age their steak cuts in house which are prominently displayed right by their front counter. Their steak dishes range from a steak burger, steak sandwich, steak salad and steak frites which all use 6 oz of their dry aged steak.

Their Steak Frites is probably one of their most popular menu items, available in three cuts (sirloin cap, striploin and ribeye) with the option to double the amount of steak for an additional charge. The dish came with a very generous amount of duck fat fries as well as a choice of sauce to accompany. Of the sauces provided, the bearnaise sauce had the most flavour, followed by the peppercorn and wild mushroom jus. The steak itself was made well, cooked to medium rare and was tender. Overall, the dish itself was filling but that was moreso attributed to the generous portion of fries provided.

Service was also very friendly, in checking in with us throughout our meal as well as providing recommendations for our order. The restaurant itself has a classic ambiance on the inside with a more casual, diner-like atmosphere, with most of the seating in its lower level as well having an outdoor patio. It's a decent spot in the area to get steak frites that are similar to some other restaurants who do it the same (and can also be more expensive).

Very cozy spot with a strong European local restaurant vibe. We tried the sirloin cap with béarnaise sauce and added extra meat.

The béarnaise sauce was really good — paired perfectly with both the meat and potatoes. The meat wasn’t the “melts in your mouth” type, you do need to chew it a bit, but it was still very flavorful and satisfying. Potatoes were solid too.

Service was great, and the presentation was interesting and well done. The place also has 2 floors and a terrace, which adds a lot to the atmosphere.

Cute little spot in liberty village. There are lots of seats downstairs, that definitely threw my hubs off when he saw two high top tables after spending a little over $100. We ordered chef’s pairing and steak frites as well as two beverages (Of course both meals were ribeye steaks.)

It’s kind of giving fast food because you order your food when you walk in at the counter then you can go sit and they bring it to you. The woman who brought our food to us very nice but again it’s a fend for yourself type of vibe.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and we loved it, especially the ribeye. The Berenice sauce was delish with fries. They have a limited menu which makes ordering easy. Service was fast. Our order arrived quickly. The staff were kind and friendly. Overall it was a great experience and will return soon!

Came here for a quick pre dinner bite with a friend.
Nice reminder that you can enjoy a good steak without going to a formal steakhouse.

This place offers solid dry aged steak. The space has two levels, clean, artistic, and comfortable.

👉 Steak Frites Striploin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ($29)
The steak is juicy and very flavorful. The sauce is good, but quite salty, and the seasoning was not very even. My portion was really salty while my friend’s was not.
The outside had a nice slight char.

The fries were fragrant and tasty, though more on the soft side rather than crispy.

I visited there yesterday with my husband for the first time.
As a meat lover, I was excited to try it.

The location is very convenient, just a minute walk from the streetcar stop.
The steak was really good. We tried the béarnaise, peppercorn, and wild mushroom sauces, but honestly, the meat itself was so flavorful that I liked it best without any sauce!!!
It was nicely seared and seasoned with coarse salt, which brought out the natural taste of the beef.

They’re known for dry-aged beef, and the quality is great for the price.

The staff were friendly and checked on us regularly. Everyone seemed happy and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

It’s hard to find a place in Toronto with good food, good value, and good service, so I definitely recommend it.
I’ll be back again♡

Came on a Friday afternoon and the restaurant was empty. My partner and I both got the steak frites, he opted for the double portion. We both asked for our steaks to be cooked Medium but mine came out a bit more Well that’s okay! It still tasted great :) I got the Béarnaise sauce and he got the Wild Mushroom Jus and Peppercorn Sauce. I would say the Peppercorn Sauce was the best! The fries were also perfectly crispy. Service was fantastic, our server made sure we were well taken care of and happy with everything. Will absolutely be back! 🥰

A friend suggested we try out this spot for lunch and we were not disappointed! Mark greeted us with a smile and explained all the options and we went with his suggestion to try the steak frites which lived up to their billing. I had the rib eye and my wife had the strip loin and both were delicious with the mushroom sauce and chimichurri sauce we had on the side. The fries were delicious with parmesan cheese and herbs and we will definitely come back.

It was our first time visiting, and we were seriously impressed. We tried the steak sandwich and the new item Le Steak Shaker —both were delicious and the perfect portion for our appetite. Shout-out to Mark, who was an awesome host/manager and gave us the best recommendations. His friendliness made the experience even better.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Liberty Village. We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious steak sandwiches in Liberty Village. I tried the ribeye steak sandwich with a side of duckfat fries.

The steak sandwich was well-made. Uktrasoft brioche bun, explosive chimchuri, and ultra tender steak slices. I was offered medium rare and stuck with it and it was good. Very tangy bites and I liked it

The fries were ok, but perhaps I got a bad batch. A lot of my fries were tiny grits at the bottom of the container.

Very vivid interior and warm ambiance. Comfy seating and a nice patio.

I would definitely order again as I was satisfied.

As for the people complaining about the price, I would challenge them to recreate a steak sandwich at home. Chances are everyone of them would fail and give up just trying to make chimchuri that doesn't taste overly acidic. Just the chimichuri alone would take a few months to master. And a good dry aged ribeye is not exactly easy to find in the city. A brioche sub style bun isn't easy to find either and buttering one up isn't easy either. None of these are found at the nearby Metro, and so I feel the price is justified.

Happy to have a good steak sandwich place near me. ait's not easy making a good steak sandwich yourself
