Great location near our Airbnb, the accommodated 7 right away. Cute atmosphere, food was fantastic, service on point. No wait time and it was a great value, tons of food

Absolutely loved this place - I'm very healthy diet person but love something dirty once in a while (like fatty, with processed meat, like meat lover) and the taste of food here made me very happy. It was what I was looking for!
Special thanks for the cook - the shape of sausage just made my day! It's a great way to share love and humour with customers, I really appreciated it (regardless if it was intentional or unintentional).

Visited Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House for breakfast and had an overall average experience.
The place was very crowded, which made the atmosphere feel rushed and a bit uncomfortable. Food quality was okay but nothing particularly impressive. The crêpes were quite sweet and had a slightly rubbery texture rather than being soft and delicate. Coffee was drinkable but not memorable.
I ordered poached eggs — it came a bit overcooked, and the splash of balsamic vinegar on top was an unpleasant surprise that didn’t really complement the dish.
Overall, the meal was eatable but not very satisfying. Not a terrible spot, but there are definitely better breakfast options around the city.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I was really looking forward to this visit, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. It was very cold inside the restaurant — even though it was around -10°C outside, it felt like it was only about 14°C indoors, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The coffee was also served cold, which made it even less enjoyable.

I ordered Eggs Benedict, but the poached egg was overcooked — there was no runny yolk at all, and the texture felt off, almost like it had been frozen and then reheated. The pancake was okay, but overall the food felt very plain and nothing special.

We were also served dirty plates, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the experience was not very good, and sadly not what I expected.

Service is friendly and great! The food was pretty good. Both times we went were around brunch time.

I got the basic pancake stack when we went here for the first time. The pancakes were HUGE - I couldn’t finish two and had trouble finishing one! The pancakes did sit a bit awkwardly on the plate due to their size (luckily, our server noticed and offered to get me an extra plate). They also gave me whipped cream on the side, but it was a little hard to apply given the lack of room. Personally I didn’t find the plain pancakes particularly special in terms of taste, but I appreciate the generous portion size and flavor options. I’m a little glad I didn’t get the premium stack actually, as the second time we went my boyfriend got the cheesecake stack and the taste wasn’t anything too special really (then again I prefer simple flavors, so take what I say there with some salt). But I might try the honey butter pancakes. The sausages were really good!

The second time we went I got a breakfast wrap, which was DELICIOUS. Would definitely recommend. I got a fruit bowl as a side over the homefries, and they were fresh and great!

We also got the cinnabun pancakes on UberEats a couple times - those were definitely a 10/10. Definitely a must try.

The servers are very nice and friendly! I have two notes though: 1) they forgot to give us syrup (our table didn’t have syrup, while other tables did) 2) they don’t frequently go around with water, so you would have to ask them to fill it up.

Additionally, there are a few fruit flies roaming around the restaurant.

Overall - great breakfast spot that I would recommend, and I’ll be coming back to try their $6.99 breakfast special :)

Went here today with my buddy after eating at this franchise in richmondhill and I have to say it was excellent. It was very busy at the time we went but that's expected at all restaurants at the lunch time rush on a Saturday. The food was great and the service was excellent as well. Even though it was busy we still managed to snag a table. And the staff did a great job of getting the table ready and being very attentive to our requests. Prices are reasonable and portions are huge and very satisfying. Will definitely go back there when I get a chance.

Everything was perfect and tasted great, especially the fluffy pancakes. I was very impressed with Allanah. She was very friendly and always had a warm smile. She took great care of us. When the hot chocolate spilled, she noticed it right away and promptly provided napkins. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs were excellent.

First time at Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House last month. Seated fairly quickly however, the table was dirty and the floor as well. Mentioned it the server Alana (Lana) who seemed quite hesistant or irritated despite mentioning it in a calm manner. When the meals arrived had to keep asking for condiments and napkins as none of them were provided or offered. Quality of service was not there at all. Also, while I was getting up to walk, (at the end of the meal) I nearly slipped pretty bad, not sure if there was oil/water was on the floor or something. On a positive note, the food was amazing so shout out to the kitchen staff/chef.

Food: Ordered 2 different options. A sweet and a savoury. The savoury which was an eggs Benedict with beef, I believe, was pretty good but nothing extraordinary. Portion size was reasonable and it came with toast and bread and jam. The housemade jam was pretty tasty too.
The sweet option was the Cinnabun pancakes, which were yummy. The combination was really good and it would be the reason I come back again. Also had the hot chocolate, which was decent.

Service: The service was good and we had no complaints there.

Atmosphere: Christmas deco was out already, which was not bad but we also found the interior to be kinda cheap lookinh and basic. Serves its purpose but nothing to shout about if you're looking for something more upscale.

Essentially, for what you pay, it's not bad but I think I will stick to my local mom and pop diner unless I'm craving the Cinnabun cakes.

I would honestly stack 6 stars out of 5 for this amazing place if I could !!!
This was my first time I have ever tried this place ,we were guided to our table from a lovely person who I did not get the chance to know by, and then our waitress EMILY took care of us , and she had had such an amazing energy emanating from her, she was so kind to give us pointers on what to choose as first timers , with a smile that can would make anyone’s day brighter!!!
We ordered the breakfast special, and the pancake stack ,upgrading the regular pancake to their cinnamon pancake , and the food was mouth watering, with the eggs sunny side up done beautifully , the pancakes were done just right, the cut potatoes were also very well done, there is nothing I could say about the food there, with their coffee also feeling like it was freshly brewed , and in this day and age, I felt I was getting my money’s worth ,with portions that will leave any man woman or child feeling full !!!
The place was very cozy as well as being so clean !
I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a fantastic meal , a good atmosphere and one the friendliest staff .

We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the Thursday burger and the cinnamon roll pancakes. The staff was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. The employees stayed busy cleaning and helping other guests. The portions were generous, would eat here again.

Busy spot, but luckily they have more seating in the back than it appears when you first come in. Service was very good and there's a lot of menu options. I went for the Meat Lovers Crepe which was very good, as we're the home fries which were hot and seasoned well. My colleagues went for Eggs Benedict and they enjoyed theirs as well. By no means a fancy place, but the prices are very reasonable.

Avery was the most wonderful server! She was so accommodating and friendly, ensuring that everything was safe for me to eat as I told her I had a gluten allergy. I could see how polite and friendly she was to other customers as well and she made the experience that much better! The restaurant itself was also great, with quick service and delicious food. Joining the waitlist was easy. We didn’t wait more than 20 minutes even with a packed building. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely breakfast here. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and well presented. Sera was incredibly kind and attentive, helping me customize the menu items based on my needs and preferences. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Exceptional service and unforgettable pancakes!
As a visitor, I was curious to try Stacked after hearing all the buzz. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes for a table, which was longer than expected, but the staff made up for it with truly extraordinary service. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The overall vibe of the place is upbeat and cozy. While most of the breakfast items were surprisingly average, the pancakes were absolutely phenomenal, fluffy, flavorful, and worth every bite. If you're patient and craving something sweet, this spot delivers.

Despite looking like a great spot online, experience was doomed from the get go. The hostess completely lacked any personality, and after ten minutes of waiting she seated us in the open table that was open and ready the whole time. Then, it took ten more minutes before we were finally greeted by our charming waitress’s “what do you guys want today”.

By this point, I’m a little disturbed and keeping time. Took eight minutes for our drinks to come out (by runner) and another ten minutes after that for our food (again, by a runner). Twenty minutes later our waitress finally came back to our table…to give us our bill. Instead of “how was your meal” or “could I get you anything else”, she put the bill on the table and said “are you all finished?”. That was only her second interaction with us…36 minutes after her warm greeting!

Overall, the staff in this location completely lacked friendliness, attention, and most disappointingly, concern for any level of service whatsoever. Be prepared to wait…without anything to drink…and without seeing your server.

This is a gem of a restaurant. The menu has lots of options and the portions are generous. We were served by friendly staff and the wait time was reasonable. Our meals were tasty and we really liked the bacon. My husband found the pancakes a bit chewy but otherwise everything was fresh.

A popular place for brunch on a Saturday. Diner-style pancake house with great-sized portions, kid-friendly, great service, and excellent people-watching.

Food was plentiful, with a huge serving of fruit on the granola bowl and a large cup of delicious fresh fruit accompanying the omelet. The setting was bit stark but the staff are very friendly. Seemed like most of the customers were probably takeout or pickup diners. Clean and neat but basic booth setting.
