I loved the Pancake Flight, all pancakes were amazing. I would say the strawberry chocolate one is quite heavy on the chocolate, so if you are a fan, that's definitely up your alley. My favorite was the blueberry lemon pancake, and the matcha was a new and unique flavour for me.
Crystal, my server was amazing, she came in with high energy and made sure we were fed properly and joyfully. I would definitely want her again next time I come.
Came there around 10 am for brunch for a group of 9. We didn’t have to wait long for a table. However when we left, there was a huge lineup. They have tables inside and on the patio. There’s a good selection of food to please everyone’s preferences. Food was good and filling. Even the Bangkok inspired food dish. We couldn’t finish most of our dishes. Service was good - although we did order a side of scrambled eggs for our toddler that came last when we think it should have come first so they don’t have to wait so long vs adults. We also got a side of fruit cup. Those side options don’t show on the menu but are available. Love that they have real maple syrup. Their pistachio latte was rich and delicious. Our bagels were hard, like it was toasted too long. It was on the louder side and it’s hard to hear one another talk. They have high chairs but no changing stations. They don’t charge gratuity automatically for bigger groups. Had a good experience overall and will come back.
Vibes were chill, restaurant decor is a gorgeous aesthetic, our server Crystal was attentive, efficient and friendly, and most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS. I had Bobby Does Dallas- seasoned rib eye, eggs were great and potatoes were sooo tasty. My aunt had the smoked salmon omelette and left nothing on her plate. I also had the pistachio latte and it was fantastic.
10/10 would come again, and I’ll bring friends.
Stopped in for brunch on a Tuesday morning and we were not disappointed! The food was fantastic, the portions gigantic and the service was excellent. We made a reservation, because we weren’t sure if we’d need one or not, it was quiet when we arrived at 0900 but quite busy by the time we left an hour later; you can easily make a reservation through their website.
The restaurant has a fun atmosphere and the staff were all helpful, attentive and friendly.
Our food was delicious, we ordered the French toast flight and the ‘indecisive’ breakfast with lemon-blueberry pancakes… it’s so much food, be prepared to take some home, or plan to share with your dining companions.
We’d eat here again!
Huge shoutout to Crystal for the excellent service (Vibe is so cool). She took time to explain the menu and recommend dishes since we’re vegetarian.
We had:
- Very Berry Matcha Pancakes
- Lemon Blueberry Pancakes
- Eggs Benedict Saint-Ambroise ⭐️
Heads up: There was a long queue and the wait for a table + food took a while. But Crystal made our lunch so much smoother once we were seated.
Still highly recommend for vegetarians and anyone craving amazing brunch. Just come early or be prepared to wait!
Had a great brunch at L’Avenue! The atmosphere is lively and stylish, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive even when it was busy. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for brunch in Toronto.
Went to L’Avenue in Toronto with two friends and we shared a bunch of dishes — we were so full by the end! Everything was amazing. We had the Truffle Duck Benny, Bobby Does Dallas, Bobby Makes Fried Rice, the Very Berry Matcha Pancakes (honestly, they’re to die for), and the Vietnamese coffee, which was rich, smooth, and perfectly sweet. The portions were big, the food was top notch, and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. I’ll definitely be coming back — there are so many other dishes on the menu I can’t wait to try!
Great hours for having breakfast/brunches/early lunch! Excellent food and drinks! Super fresh ingredients! A wide variety of healthy choices! The manger Lee absolutely left us a long lasting great experience. She’s been very accommodating. The waitress Daniel was super sweet and attentive as well even it was such a busy day for them! Will definitely come back! The only reason I didn’t give a five star for the atmosphere is because the seats are very squishy which I understand since it’s a popular place, but in winter, it does bother me when people from next seat taking off and putting on clothings! But the decorations of this restaurant are lovely!
L’Avenue has been on my list for a while, and it did not disappoint. I came in with my wife and we had a great time. The food was excellent, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared.
The portion sizes were absolutely amazing and very generous. Everything we tried tasted great and was very satisfying.
A special shoutout to our server, Sunny, who was amazing and made the experience even better with attentive and friendly service.
Highly recommend L’Avenue for great food, generous portions, and excellent service.
L’Avenue at The Well is absolutely worth the hype.
Yes, we waited about an hour on a Sunday morning, but honestly, it paid off. The vibe inside is cool, eclectic, and buzzing without feeling chaotic. Shoutout to Niko, our server, who was phenomenal. No fluff, no upselling. He gave us real, honest recommendations, including what he loved and what he’d skip, which made the experience even better.
The food? Outstanding. If you order one thing, make it the Spicy Chicken Benny. It nails that perfect balance of sweet heat and comes in a portion size that means business. Come hungry. Seriously. The plates are generous.
The menu is stacked with options, and it’s already clear this won’t be a one-time visit. Can’t wait to go back and work my way through more of it.
