Good Fork
We reserved a table for a Monday brunch and were immediately greeted with quick, friendly service. We started with the saleb and their iced Turkish coffee, both were incredible! The saleb is a must-try.
For breakfast, we ordered eggs and fries, and the home fries were absolutely fantastic. They were crispy and perfectly cooked, probably the best we’ve had in Toronto. We also tried the beef and lamb kofta, which was bursting with flavour and incredibly juicy.
Finally, we couldn’t resist their halva pancakes. They were fluffy, topped with blueberry compote and halva crisps, and a perfect, complete dish. We saved the best for last!
Overall, we had a wonderful time and left feeling happy and content. The server was incredibly kind, and the ambiance was just right. We’re definitely coming back to try their other dishes. It’s a must-try!
Came for brunch on a Saturday afternoon and had such an amazing time with the girls! Food and service were outstanding - special shoutouts to our server Dylan. He was SO helpful when we had questions about the menu, and was very attentive throughout the entire time we were here.
To start off, we had a Turkish coffee. First time I ever had one before and it was pretty tasty, very similar to an espresso shot with a bit of sweetness added to it
Now the food was phenomenal. I got the omelette of the week and it was one of the best I've had in a while. So fluffy with the zucchini fritters on the top, I was so impressed! Really good seasoning on the home fries too. My friends both had the Spanish Mash and shared some bites - SO tasty. I will have to get that next time.
I'd 100% come back and recommend Good Fork for brunch!
Our server looked like jabob elordi. Lol other than that this place is always good for food and a good chat.
Great deep flavor and so happy we were able to get a table quickly for 2 people as its usually externly busy! If you like tomatoes and a savory dish try the menemen i love adding crumbled sujuk (sausage) and the Spanish hash is always a hit. Tried the salep, it's a thick pudding/custard type of drink I personally loved the pistachio and cinnamon.

It isn't hard to get some Good Forkin' food here, starting your day off. A beautifully executed hummus bowl that delivers on bold flavours and addictive textures, the star of the bowl is luxuriously smooth, with a rich, nutty depth that puts supermarket chickpea hummus to shame. It’s seasoned perfectly, pairing effortlessly with some freshly baked, fluffy pita. Don’t hesitate to add some falafels to your bowl; you won’t regret it. Crispy on the outside yet moist and beautifully seasoned inside, it’s a harmony of flavours, especially when paired with the hummus. The shepherd’s salad is a fresh and tangy contrast, dressed in a bright sumac vinaigrette that is only a part of the melody of flavours sprinkled within, such as crunchy pickled red cabbage, addictingly herbaceous green goddess dressing on the fried brussels sprouts, and the unforgettably springy sesame pita. Pairing savory with sweet, the thick triple stack of buttermilk pancakes is just what I needed. The airy, slightly chewy texture strikes a nice balance between lightness and heartiness, with the tangy orange blossom ricotta and the sweet-tart pop of lemony blueberries. The halva crumble is a terrific touch, crunchy, fragrant and reminiscent of granola; it provides a subtle savory contrast that keeps each bite from being overly sweet. However, if you prefer it extra sweet, you can adjust to your taste with the bottle of maple syrup served on the side. Regardless of what you order, though, a glass of freshly brewed Turkish coffee will never do you wrong.
my group ordered plenty and each dish still was able to have it’s own spotlight, so fresh and flavourful! makes me want to learn how to make my own dips. however, the pancakes were a bit dense so if you’re looking for fluffy pancakes this might not be for you. 100% will be back!
Great spot for brunch! The space is large, but it’s clearly popular, so expect a bit of a wait. There are a few coffee shops nearby if you need to kill time. We waited 20-30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is lively without feeling overwhelming. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the labneh and halloumi were definite standouts. All food was beautifully presented. The daily juice was also a highlight, refreshing and well balanced. Service was friendly and efficient despite how busy it was. Overall, a fun, vibrant place with excellent food that’s absolutely worth the wait. I’d happily come back to try more dishes.
We went to Good Fork for brunch today and we all loved our first experience at this place! We ordered Cilbir which was poached eggs on Garlic Labneh served which a homemade style sesame pita, Pressed Sujuk which was a beef/lamb sandwich, and Crispy Chicken sandwich. We also got Boreks as starters (Meze) and the delicious Blueberry Halva Pancakes to share as dessert.
The staff were all very caring and nice, specially Dylan who helped us today! Well done team Good Fork! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
We went to the Good Fork for Christmas brunch and had the Salep latte. The barrister told us it was made with salep powder. It was a surprisingly good latte. The Turkish brunch was delicious. I especially liked the "smitwich" with the smoked trout, I was a nice change from my usual smoked salmon. The tangerine juice was refreshing and the Turkish coffee was strong. The blueberry pancake was a bit disappointing. It wasn't crispy enough on the outside and not fluffy enough on the inside. The waitress was super helpful and attentive. Overall I give this place a 4.5 out of 5. Good atmosphere and service but the food could be better.
A Truly "Good" Fork – A Brunch Gem in the West End!
If you're looking for a brunch spot that goes above and beyond, Good Fork is it! We visited to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The food was exceptional—every dish we ordered was prepared with care and full of flavor. But what really made our visit special was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and even helped us pull off a surprise birthday celebration, complete with a candle for that perfect festive reveal!
From the delicious food to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, Good Fork has it all. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on their menu. Highly, highly recommend!
Second visit to this slick operation .
Menu somewhat difficult to interpret , but any questions we had were
quickly answered by the supervisor / owners ?
The Restaurant is bright , airy and spacious .
The food is consistently well prepared using intriguing combinations ,and interestingly presented .
It was my first time trying this restaurant during a business lunch on a weekday. We tried many appetizers including the citrus marinated olives, grilled halloumi cheese, Kurdish babaganoush, hummus with pita bread. My favourite was the hummus, babaganoush and halloumi cheese. All appetizers tasted very flavourful. As our main dish we ordered the bowlarama, falafel hummus bowl, Spanish hash, and blueberry halva pancakes. All dishes tasted very good and felt clean & healthy as a meal. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and the interior ambiance of the establishment.
The Good Fork used to be a 5 minute walk from our house, and we have been meaning to visit the new location for a while. Last night, we finally made it happen and we should have gotten there earlier! The dinner menu is similar to what they had a few years ago and EVERY dish was delicious. The octopus was cooked to perfection in a smokey tomato sauce; the fried chicken is spectacular; the squash was so good and so creative: the squash itself was pureed smooth, but has pomegranate seeds and bits of haloumi for texture. Honestly, I could say great things about every dish we had - i would happily order every dish again! The wine list was interesting with good choices by the glass, the service still as friendly and knowledgeable as it always was! And the new location is open, airy and beautiful. We'll definitely be back!!
