My wife and I chose Restaurant Pearl Morissette to celebrate her birthday, and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We had heard incredible things about the restaurant, but the evening still exceeded every expectation.

Everyone on the team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. You could tell that every person cared about making guests feel comfortable and creating a memorable experience. My wife’s birthday was acknowledged in such a thoughtful and elegant way that it made the evening even more special. It wasn’t a grand gesture, just a sincere one, and that made it meaningful.

The tasting menu was exceptional. Every course was beautifully presented, but what stood out most was the quality of the ingredients. The flavors were vibrant, clean, and perfectly balanced. Knowing that so much of the produce is grown on the restaurant’s own farm, along with ingredients sourced from local Canadian farmers and producers, gave every dish a real sense of place. The vegetables, herbs, flowers, and seasonal fruit tasted incredibly fresh, while each protein was cooked perfectly and paired with sauces that complemented rather than overwhelmed the main ingredient.

The wine pairings were outstanding as well. Each selection enhanced the dishes and showcased just how impressive Ontario wines have become. Every glass felt carefully chosen and added something unique to the meal.

The dining room is beautiful, calm, and welcoming. Nothing feels rushed. The atmosphere allows you to slow down, enjoy every course, and appreciate the amount of care that goes into every detail.

We left with amazing memories, a deeper appreciation for Canadian ingredients, and every intention of coming back. Restaurant Pearl Morissette isn’t just an incredible restaurant it is a destination that every food lover should experience at least once. It is, without question, one of the finest dining experiences in Canada.

Had a lovely meal at RPM. Service, ambiance and the pairings, both wine and NA were incredible. Highly recommend to everyone to take advantage of the NA world of pairings; it really lets the chefs stretch their creativity- RPM has so far, been one of the best I've had.

Food was overall very good to excellent. The use of ingredients, namely the seasonal bits from the garden shined through every dish. I'm a sucker for a crudités plate highlighting the amazing harvests of the season, and RPM's was one of the best I've ever had. The three desserts to close the meal was, yet another highlight for the evening. Looking forward to visiting during another season.

We had an excellent meal. The dishes were very elegant and yummy.
The service was wow; for example, they printed a menu in Vietnamese just for us when knowing that we are Vietnamese. And when our glass of water accidentally fell and some water drops fell on one menu sheet; it was then replaced immediately.
