We tried the tasting menu and most of the offerings were excellent (even the few I wasn't over the moon about were still above decent). Inventive and playful in form, but also refined and complex in flavor profile. Recommended wine pairings were also very nice. Chef and wait staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You can tell they care about the product they're serving. Bill at the end of night wasn't light but worth it given how full we were and how much we enjoyed our dining experience.

Antylia's chefs showcase Mexican ingredients through a modern lens, with unforgettably fresh nixtamalized corn and a complex mole sauce taking centre stage. It starts with bites of Gorditas, topped with a luxuriously smooth Rougié foie gras and smoked Peruvian sea salt that sharpens every bite. A peach and aji panca mole brings gentle sweetness, fruity warmth and subtle spice, while peach compote adds a touch of acidity to balance the restrained richness of the duck liver. The house-made yellow dent corn gordita is not just an afterthought to support the ingredients – it offers a soft, delicate chew, fragrant with toasted corn and nutty masa flavours that are delicious enough to enjoy on their own.

The Ceviche brims with freshness, making you say: “Another portion, if you may.” Shrimp, octopus and abalone sit in a balanced lime broth that combines acidity with tomato sweetness and subtle umami. Fresh cucumber and tomato keep the dish crisp, while fried plantains contribute a fragrant crunch that gives the ceviche more substance. Shifting to an Oaxacan stance, the Tlacoyo celebrates heirloom corn from this very region. The masa has a dense yet tender crumb with an intensely aromatic corn flavour, surrounding an earthy epazote mushroom duxelles. Whipped sheep and cow’s milk cheese adds creamy tang, while huitlacoche (corn smut) butter lends a rich backdrop. Peppery arugula dressed in lime vinaigrette keeps the dish feeling balanced.

Tonight, the piece cooked the best was the Duck Breast, flaunting its glistening, pink interior that’s exceptionally tender beneath lightly charred skin. The seasoning is salt-forward and smoky, but pairs wonderfully with the deeply layered sesame mole rojo, whose bitterness, cocoa, warm spices, fruitiness and savory depth unfold with each bite. For a refreshing contrast, the charred chayote offers a lightly sweet reprieve.

Finally, the house pozoles offer an interesting finish. The chilled masa-based drink has a grainy texture that may not appeal to everyone, but both flavours are curiously rewarding. The achiote version is pleasantly sweet with earthy warmth, peppery spice and hints of smoke, while the cocoa variation is mellow and nuanced, delivering nutty chocolate notes with fruity sweetness. In the end, it’ll be a novel adventure for your taste buds, no matter your heritage.

Made reservations for dinner with my family. We all decided to do the tasting menu. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great and would definitely go back.
Only criticism is they didn’t split up our dishes individually and presented them on three plates when there were five of us. I would’ve preferred individual dishes as opposed to a sharing family style meal given the fact that we were all doing a tasting menu.
Overall, the food was delicious and I would definitely go back.

A spectacular experience. Every single bite is a result of immense thought and genuine care for food and its history. Exquisite flavours and such personable service. I’m still a little mindblown tbh. You should definitely go with company and also leave room for dessert 🤤

Stunning dishes and decor, this is food as art and experience. Tried a number of their ala carte offerings, and the standouts were:
- Foie Gras Gorditas: The decadently fatty foie gras cut perfectly with that sweet blueberry mole.
- Charred Cauliflower with Praire Mole: The smokiness of the cauliflower soothed by the creamy mole and contrasted with the sweetness of maple sunflower.
- Chicha Morada Sorbet: Great sweet-spicy, icy-heat contrasts.

If you like beautifully constructed and plated food, this definitely is a spot for you.

We visited Antylia to celebrate my wife's birthday and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We both chose the tasting menu with the wine pairing, and every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.

The atmosphere was warm and elegant, with a personal touch that made the evening feel truly special. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, creating a memorable dining experience for both of us.

We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Antylia to anyone looking for a unique and memorable meal. We can't wait to see what they create for their next menu. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful evening!

What a fabulous dining experience! We were looking forward to trying Antylia and our expectations were exceeded. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and we loved sitting at the bar seats.

We went with the ‘trust us’ menu and enjoyed every single dish. The variety of ingredients, techniques and presentation were all appreciated. I have celiac and almost the whole menu is naturally gluten free so I was able to fully enjoy the experience as intended.

The thought and intention that went into the food was very evident and it was great to hear about the inspiration for each course. Adrian provided warm and attentive service alongside some very fun and creative drink pairings throughout the meal. Highly recommend!
