Out of a desire to make dining more affordable, three ambitious restaurateurs in Toronto asked, "Why is everything here so costly?" This single question resulted in the birth of Egg Club! It was a sunny-side-up kinda day in June 2018 when Jason, Jun, and Tim had plans to meet up for breakfast. See all reviews

We work tirelessly every day to bake as much as possible, but due to space constraints — we can’t guarantee we’ll have our entire menu on offer when you visit. Additionally, because we have a cadenced baking schedule, we ensure our products are incredibly fresh, coming out as the day progresses. But this means we may not have some products in the morning, similarly we may not have some products in the afternoon. This also means we might be experimenting with a new recipe, so look out for new treats! See all reviews

brodflour was founded in 2017 with one simple goal: to give people the license to enjoy bread again. Good, fresh bread doesn’t exist without good, fresh flour. So, to achieve our goal, we’ve changed the way flour is harvested, milled, and baked. At brodflour, we work with the grain, rather than against it. We place fresh at the centre of everything we do, making sure each of our products is alive and packed with nutrients—from the farm, to the mill, to your mouth. See all reviews

A great place for brunch, as evidenced by the wait on week-end mornings, Bonjour Brioche offers various kinds of sweet and savory foods with a French accent. Very good croissants and brioches, that come in several flavors (chocolate, almond, custard). Bonjour Brioche also offers cakes (sold whole or by the slice) and top-of-the-line baguettes, fresh and perfectly crusty. See all reviews
